- Listing content — product details, photos, prices and locations you publish as a seller.
- Contact messages — enquiries you send to sellers or to our support team.
- Usage data — pages visited, searches made and interactions with the platform, used to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account, including sending OTP verification codes by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To display your listings and connect you with buyers or sellers.
- To provide customer support and respond to reports or disputes.
- To detect fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the marketplace safe.

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
- Sellers receive the contact details you choose to share when you enquire about their listings.
- Service providers such as SMS/email delivery partners help us send verification codes and notifications.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are required by law or to protect our users.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as saved items) and understand how the platform is used. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings; some features may stop working if you do.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
6. Security
We protect your data with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password and OTPs confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
